Childcare/Nursery Facility

Some further information for the benefit of prospective partners

The purpose built Childcare/Nursery facility is housed in the Millennium Resource Centre premises at Blenheim Street Liverpool L5 8SE. There are two separate suites of accommodation, which could be available for use for these purposes: one could readily accommodate a 20-place facility including a kitchen. The other space can provide for up to a maximum of 72 including a fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel units.

These suites are outlined on the plan provided.

There is a secure outdoor play area with each set of rooms.

The opening hours can be flexible and tailored to the User's requirements.

The Millennium Resource Centre premises are alarmed and monitored by CCTV.
Dedicated car parking spaces are available together with unlimited street parking adjacent.

We are willing to consider positively any form of proposal for running the Child Care/Nursery facility. This could include any of the following, subject to further details being satisfactory:

• Leasehold
• Leasehold with an option for the Vauxhall Neighbourhood Council to run the facility
• Leasehold with an option for the Vauxhall Neighbourhood Council to run the facility on a shared profit basis.
